About Me:
I've been a lifelong resident of the Tri Cities, specifically Richland. I'm second generation here, with my mother having come in on one of the first trains into Hanford from Oklahoma in 1943.
Our family bought our first rental home in 1976; a tiny little war-era 1 bedroom prefab which we renovated into our first rental property. From that point on, I was involved in real estate. I started finding new properties for us in junior high, found grant funds for the renovations, and was the youngest member of the apartment owners association while still in high school. After college, I was a securities broker and financial planner in the Seattle area, then came back to the Tri Cities and opened the area's first coffee house in 1993. $2.50 for a cup of coffee??? Nobody thought it would fly!
I founded and ran two commercial real estate development companies in the late '90's until 2002 when I moved into the finance side of the industry and then came over to real estate in 2008 in partnership with two of the area's top agents to form a cohesive real estate team.
