About Us:

My name is Jeff Pereyda, I started at Century 21 with my Father-In-Law (picture). Now, I am the Broker of Record for TriCity Real Estate Brokers, Inc., but I like the picture of me and Ed. I am also a full-time Realtor. I have earned a GRI. (Graduate, REALTORS Institute) designation and an SRES designation, a (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). The logos are proudly displayed below.

I have also earned Quality Service Survey Awards (tm) for several years running.  You have the assurance that I, together with my office will take care of the details so you don't have to.  You can relax.

Our website allows homebuyers to set up "Great Deal Alerts" or they can search for themselves on their own schedule. Most opt for the Alerts because they do not want to miss a good thing. The name and link of the website is here at tricityhome.com.

I enjoy living in the Parkmont area of Fremont CA, and I also work a great deal in the Mission Hills, Mission San Jose, Glenmoor and Ardenwood areas of Fremont.  Union City CA  is a great place to live as well.

Our 5 Action Items or Rules Are...

Benefit
Action Item
1. Negotiating price in your favor.
You'll feel good during the negotiating stages, and discover that experts are working for you. You hired a professional; we take that seriously.
2. Listening to what your needs are and placing those first.
Your expectations are heard and understood. You will see that our actions match your wishes.
3. Consulting as opposed to selling.
Eliminates the stress of feeling like you have to sign something right now. We give you some time to think about it. Then, you'll feel confident when you approve.
4. Knowing Real Estate Contract Law.
Guides you safely through your transaction, and keeps you from harms way before, during, and after the sale is done.
5. Encouraging your peace of mind.
We talk often during your transaction, (4 or 5 times a week) preventing anxieties to build. You will always be informed about the progress and progress reports are provided for you as well.

Some Extras Are:

Empowerment Without Even Trying

Getting information out to the public takes on new forms as well like podcasts or blogs. We've discovered time and again that as we are researching in order to create the podcasts and blogs and stay up on education, we'll discover very relevant material pertaining to your transactions that helps in new and powerful ways. As a result, you will have the best insight on the real estate industry than ever before without even trying.

Do What Donald Trump Does

It's not just Trump, many other successful people share a common thread. They employ professionals from other fields of expertise in order to create a specialized task force. Trump still retains full control, but without a lot of worry. He's even aware of  the very faucets that are proposed to be installed into his buildings. If he likes it, they go in. If not? The task force goes back to review.

You need a pro task force that will take care of all the details. You'll know what is scheduled to be done next. We give you the choice and you make informed decisions. You'll know exactly what you're doing. You'll always be in control.

I Like What I See, But I Already Have a REALTOR, Now What?

Wait. Don't just drop them. The REALTOR Code of Ethics spells out what they need to do. If there is inconsistency between the Code and your agent, then talk to the broker of record of that office first and ask what steps they will take to remedy the problem. Usually, that is enough, but if there is still real reason for you to look elsewhere, and no written Broker Agreement exists then do so.

Should you already be in a Listing Agreement, or a Buyer Broker Agreement, you are (most of the time) in an irrevocable contract and the broker must mutually agree to terminate the agreement should you wish to end it. Otherwise, you may be in breach of contract and the broker can demand commissions to be paid whether or not they have closed escrow. Always consult an attorney when in doubt. If you really feel that you have a work-shy agent, don't stay working with anyone when you have the feeling they are not acting in your best interests. Give us a call. Take a listen to what happened to someone else who stayed too long with other agents.
