Over their many years as real estate professionals, Sandi Smith and Linda Lombardini saw real estate transactions grow increasingly complex while at the same time traditional real estate agencies were becoming more and more decentralized. In this, Sandi and Linda recognized the need for a new kind of agency that treated every client relationship as a collaborative partnership.
