My grandfather came from Holland with his parents. They homesteaded and he has lived in the same valley since. Three generations of my family run Angus cattle ranches. This is my home and I want other people to  enjoy what we have as a lifestyle!

· In 2007, I was in the top 7%, being ranked #50 out of 800 agents in Gallatin County

· In 2007, I closed 50 transactions, averaging to be over 4 closing a month

· 60% of those closings I represented Buyers and 40% Sellers. Knowing how important it is to a Seller that your Realtor knows a lot of Buyers, my web presence and marketing attracts a lot of potential business.

· Total sales in 2007 equaled $10 Million in closed volume.

· The average Keller Williams agent is getting 97.9% of list price while the average Gallatin Valley agent gets 95% of list price. In 2005, my average was 98.7% of list price.

I have represented builders on build-to-suit projects. I am developing a minor commercial subdivision and have general contracted my personal homes.
