Summary

I'm a results-oriented customer advocate with over 20 years combined Sales, Business DevelopmentTroy D. Village, Mortgage Consultant , Management and Marketing expertise. I have a passion for meeting my customers' needs and exceeding their expectations.

I hold an MBA from Santa Clara University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from San Jose State University.  I am a licensed California Real Estate Broker with NMLS mortgage endorsement.  A mortgage professional since 2003, I joined Prospect Mortgage in 2011, partnering with one of the largest independent retail residential mortgage lenders in the United States.  Prior to joining the Prospect team, I founded First Integrity Mortgage and Co-founded Cipher Lending.  I also was the broker of record for both firms.

Customer Commitment

Commitment to My Clients: I take a consultative approach to the mortgage industry to help my clients make informed choices about their mortgage financing options when buying or refinancing a home.  Some may view it as simply "doing loans", but I don't look at it like that.  In fact, I feel like I'm helping my clients create one of the largest debts they will ever have - a mortgage.  And, as a result I feel a professional responsibility to help them integrate the loan they select into their short- and long-term financial and investment goals, while taking into account their objectives for payment, equity and cash flow.

Since 2003, I have worked with countless clients to purchase or refinance their properties.  My business has been built primarily by personal referral and repeat business, all of which I feel is a testament to my commitment to my clients.  Let's face it, unhappy clients don't come back or refer their friends or colleagues.

Personal History

Personal History: I entered the mortage field in 2003.  At the time, after 12 years in various management positions in the airline and telecommunications industries, and after taking my prior organization from a $7 million loss to a $25 million profit ($32 million improvement) in just nine months, legislative changes affecting the telecommunications industry led to my senior manager position being eliminated.  After contemplating various corporate positions, I gave in to my entrepreneurial side and entered the world of Real Estate and Mortgage, an industry that had fascinated me since buying my first home in 1992.

By 2004, my first full year, I was a top producing mortgage agent for my company.  A year later, in 2005, I co-founded Santa Clara University CampusCipher Lending with two colleagues, and later founded First Integrity Mortgage.  This industry, and specifically helping people buy and finance their homes has become my passion!  I enjoy helping people make solid financial decisions and utilizing the skills that I've acquired through my personal and corporate experiences.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family and stay active through various sports and activities.  I also enjoy performing in theater.  When I'm on stage, my playful side comes out in full force!

My goal is to use my background and expertise to make your financing transaction the best it can be!
