"Christine and William Corsaro (Chris and Bill) were instrumental in me and my fiancé becoming homeowners. The truth is both of us were approaching the process with many apprehensions. We did not even know if we would be able to qualify. When we contacted the Corsaro's they did not hesitate for a moment to start helping us find not just a house we could afford but a home we could love and be proud of. It took about three months to realize our dream of home ownership and we even ended up adopting "Buddy" the black lab who was the family pet of the previous owners.

Two months after moving into the house we held our wedding in our new home with Chris and Bill in attendance and Buddy in his bow tie!

I will never forget the night we were ready to put in our offer. We had found out that someone else had put an offer in that same day. We were so close to getting the home we wanted and just as close to losing it.

It was that night I realized that Bill and Christine would do anything they could to help us. By thinking outside the box, they came up with the idea of me writing a letter to the couple selling the house. I was able to convey my story of what I had been through as a widow with three sons to raise and that this was a real chance for us to start over. I could feel the love in that place and would so appreciate her considering our offer.

Bill and Christine faxed the letter with our offer and I am happy to say our offer was accepted. I doubt any other Realtors would have gotten so personally involved and suggesting that I write that letter, but I do believe it made all the difference in the world. Buddy is still with us and we have adopted two more dogs.
