We believe in the old-fashioned way of business: good old face-to-face, straight forward dealings. If we feel that we cannot do your mortgage, we will let you know. About Me:
I am a native to Florida having been born in West Palm Beach. I attended The King's Academy, a Christian private school located in West Palm Beach, from kindergarten to 12th grade. I went to Palm Beach Atlantic University, a Christian private university located across the intracoastal from Palm Beach. I graduated with a Bachelor's in International Business in less than 4 years.
I began my mortgage career by working with Bank of America. In 2001, I obtained my mortgage broker's license. From there, I went on to manage two different correspondent lender companies. It was Homestead Mortgage that moved me to the Central Florida area.
Juanuary of 2006, my wife and I were blessed with a baby girl. In February, the company I worked for closed its doors. It was not long after that when Knightlines Mortgage Services, LLC was formed. By opening my own company, I could make sure that my clients were treated the way that I would expect to be treated. It has also allowed me the chance to spend more time with my family and have the opportunity to watch my daughter grow up.
Since opening my own company, I have hired several mortgage brokers that practice business the way I do. This way I can ensure that every customer that comes to Knightlines is treated like royalty. A couple of my brokers have gone a step further to help their clients out by sitting for the real estate agent's license. Marc Blasi, who I consider to be a close friend (almost a brother to me), is one of those brokers. He currently specializes in golf course homes in the South Florida area.
At the beginning of 2007, I began a marketing campaign title "2 Average Joes Golf" to promote local golf courses and their surrounding communities. As a result of this campaign, Knightlines Mortgage Services, LLC has benefitted by receiving publicity within local and national publications. These reviews have also led to Knightlines becoming one of the preferred mortgage companies for American Invsco's project Bermuda Dunes in Orlando, FL.
