XAP Realty - Real Estate Mobile Marketing
I am the founder of XAP Realty, a pioneer mobile marketing compay focused on maximizing the marketing dollars and benefits for realtors. XAP Realty was created initially as a solution for realtors to increase the number of qualified leads captured at each listing. As a broker I recognized that flaws in the current process of contacting a realtor for pricing information upon seeing a "FOR SALE" sign. Text has emerged in the past six years as the fastest growing form of communication on the planet, and it created the perfect medium for drive-by-traffic to quickley request information and have it delivered to their phones within seconds. In addition to providing instantaneous information at the touch of a button, we included a "CALL CAPTURE" feature that would send the prospects phone number and the listing that he/she was interested in, to the realtors email. The solution was perfect, instant information for the prospect and an organized lead capture service that provided a way for realtors to follow-up at their leisure. It didn't stop there! Once we saw the responsiveness by people to text messaging the benefits continued to stack up.
