As part of the Bannochie Team of RE/MAX Executives in Tulsa, Oklahoma after four years working for Prudential CA Realtors in Fremont CA, I am ecstatic to be working in one of the most affordable real estate markets helping folks to find their affordable, dream homes in Metro Tulsa, including Jenks, Broken Arrow, Owasso & the Union School District.  Many areas in Tulsa boast excellent schools and newer housing, and strong rental markets, making Tulsa an excellent investment.  We also have pledged to help counsel distressed homeowners and have completed the Certified Distressed Property Expert Designation. 

Below are some of my designations and credentials:

CRS- the premier designation in real estate, includes class training and a minimum production level.  There are only about 35,000 CRS designees of more than one more million agents, so you know that a CRS agent is an experienced, trained agent.  I am currently the Treasurer for CRS Oklahoma.

e-PRO- a course and designation to keep realtors on the cutting edge of technology for marketing properties.

GRI-Graduate Realtor Institute- A year long course for Realtors covering with 92 hours of live course instruction, considered a premier real estate designation.

Dave Cobo Leadership Certificate from St. Mary's in Moraga- Sponsored by Prudential to take a year long course in leadership and management.

Corporate Instructor (CAR Purchase Contract)- Instructor to new agents in the California Association of Realtors Purchase Contract- This was a two day course and one of the most important classes for a new agent, I taught this course over a two year period in Pleasanton.

CDPE-Certified Distressed Property Expert-Astonishingly seven out of ten homes go to foreclosure without active intervention.  We sit down with sellers and explore their options, including renting the home, short sale or loan modification.  It's a critical function in the current market.

As we were at our wits end and closing in on the end of our time frame, we took our family to visit this house one more time. That day the house was put back on the market and Peter sealed the deal for us. I would reccomend Peter because he truly does what it takes to get his clients into the right home. he is persistant, educated, reliable, and very loyal to his client. We moved half way across the country to Tulsa, Oklahoma about four years ago. We talked to Peter on the phone before we moved to Tulsa and gave him ideas of what we were looking for in a home and he had listings ready to look at before we even made it to Tulsa.
