Toni Weidman
I am one half (the computer tech half...are we in trouble or what) of the Craig & Toni Weidman team. My husband and I have been selling homes in West Pasco (which encompasses New Port Richey, Trinity, Port Richey, Holiday, Hudson and Elfers for 18 years. We list and sell residential homes, villas, and condos, waterfront and golf course homes.
Our customers tell us that we always get back to them very quickly, that we find the answers to their questions, and that we're always on time for appointments. Sounds old-fashioned doesn't it? But, we believe in old-fashioned service coupled with the newest technology. We back up our advise with market knowledge and information. We are recipients of many awards, including the Century 21 Diamond award.
We have lived in the West Pasco area for 27 years; we both grew up on Long Island (except I'm originally from England.) Our son, Tim Weidman, attended school in the New Port Richey, FL area.
Animals are a passion of ours and you will see SPCA adoptables on my blogs, I also love to cook, read mysteries and grow prize-winning African Violets (well, not always prize-winning). Craig loves gardening, grows orchids, and likes home projects. We are members of the West Pasco Chamber of Commerce and are volunteers for many community projects through the Chamber.
We are also members of the National Association of Realtors, The Florida Association of Realtors, and the West Pasco Board of Realtors. We both also are licensed in Georgia.

- I can't say that we work one specific market because after 18 years in real estate, we've sold just about every type of home out there.
- We keep in touch with our customers by email, or phone if they don't do computer, and give lots of feedback (positive and/or negative).
- The worst thing about having your home for sale is not hearing from anyone so we make sure our sellers hear from us.
- Craig works mainly with our buyers; getting them pre-qualified and showing properties.
