Dear Reader,

This letter of reference is in regard to the phenomenal work and Time Travis Wichmann committed to Crystal and me during the process of buying our first home.

Without Travis’s Dedication, this would still be a dream.

Travis did not let anything stop us during the process, It didn’t matter what they threw our way he always found a solution.

Travis was Always Available regardless of the time or day. He has a Very Positive Attitude, and lets nothing stand in his way of achieving his goal!

 

When Crystal and I first wanted to buy our first home we were nowhere close to being able to achieve this.  Our Credit was very poor and needed a lot of attention. We tried and tried to get the process of buying a home started, but no matter what we did or said we kept getting rejected by every place we tried.

On the verge of giving up we met Travis, unlike anyone else we talked to, he gave us hope and saw the potential for us to buy a home.

When Travis started with us our credit score was in the very low 500 range.

He guided us through every credit issue, dealing with the not so pleasant creditors.
