About Jeff Bonham:
Jeff began his career in 1996 with Iowa Realty's West Des Moines branch office.  In 1997 He
joined Carol Jones, Realtors in Springfield, Missouri and rapidly began building his sales
business.  He discovered, however, that there has to be a better way to succeed in real estate
than Traditional real estate broker methods and at that time became a student of a national coaching Program.  He began studying Agent Branding, business planning,
leveraging yourself with technology and staff, direct response marketing and creating a large
referral base.

He joined Keller Williams Realty in 1998 as a sales associate.
In August 2000, Jeff Bonham opened his own brokerage, The Bonham Group, with his sales
team.  After three years of successfully owning/operating his own brokerage, he realized his
business had reached a plateau, or a ceiling of achievement, and couldn't seem to grow beyond
that point.  It was time, once again, to find a coach/consultant to help break through this ceiling.  
It was at this time that he had the great fortune to be able to rejoin the Keller Williams system as
a franchise owner/broker/consultant in Springfield, Missouri where the education is based
around teaching not only newer agents, but also consulting Top Producers to go to the next level.  He is still co-owner of the Springfield, Missouri office, he helped open Keller Williams Realty in Miami Beach as the broker/consultant and advised the ownership group of Coral Gables, FL.  In 2006 he moved to Syracuse, NY where he helped convert Nastri Real Estate Company, a long-established locally owned office,  to become affiliated with the Keller Williams Realty family.  In 2007 Jeff played an integral role in helping the ownership group in Albany, NY receive franchise approval and advised their operation for the first year.  Finally, in December of 2008, he moved his family to Mississippi to help take an existing Keller Williams Realty franchise and its associate located in Southaven to the next level.  Since joining Keller Williams he has recruited and trained over 400 agents with the focus on helping them fulfill their personal life mission.

Jeff is currently an investor in three KW offices:  Springfield, MO; Coral Gables, FL; Southaven, MS

He has also recently been honored by being named a KWU National Approved Trainer, an honor currently held by fewer than 125 of Keller Williams 78,000 Associates.

In September, 2011, Jeff was honored to have been named the CEO for the Jackie Ellis Team servicing Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Lake Worth and Boca Raton, FL (Palm Beach County).  The team was recognized by the Wall Street Journal and Realtrends as one of the top real estate sales teams in all of North America in 2010!
