Two Veterans Property Services is led by John (Jay) Gainey and Donald W. Nugent who are the founders and sole stakeholders of the company.  We are proud to be veteran owned company that fosters strong customer relationships through value, quality and customer service.

Jay Gainey

I joined the U.S. Marines shortly after high school.  After serving nearly 5 years, I returned to my hometown of Sumter, SC where I worked in “Corporate America” until the events of September 11, 2001.  In May 2002, I returned to military service, this time with the U.S. Army.  Four years later, including trips to Iraq and Germany, I returned to “Corporate America”.  I have a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.  I believe there is a better way to conduct business.  Community and customers come first! 

Donald Nugent

Donald served in the U.S. Army for 4 and half years, completing deployments to Bosnia for Operation Joint Endeavor and to Kuwait for Operation Desert Thunder.  He received a BS in Training and Technology from The University of Georgia.  He has held leadership positions with both AT&T and Blue Cross.  Donald takes pride in his great customer service skills and ability to work with everyone.   Donald is the father of two girls and has been married for 15 years.  He is a native of Dacula, Georgia.  Donald believes in going the extra mile for the customer, which is one of the cornerstones of our business.
