About Us:

D'Ann is a licensed real estate Broker in the District of Columbia, Virginia and Maryland. She has been in the real estate business since 2002, and has a background in new construction with one of the nation's largest production home builders, KB Home. D'Ann is a member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors & the Greater Capitol Area Association of Realtors and continuously educates herself on the changing market and trends in area real estate. She is a member of the NVAR Community Outreach committee, as well as the Arbitration Committee. In 2007, D'Ann earned her Residential Construction Certification and New Home Specialist Certification, and in 2008 she earned her Accredited Buyer Representative Designation. She is now in the process of studying to earn the EcoBroker designation.

D'Ann is also very involved in her community, acting as the Events Planning Chair for the Junior League of Northern Virginia. She is also a member of the DC Texas Exes, Washington DC's alumni organization for The University of Texas at Austin, where in 2007-2008, she served as the Director of Special Events. In this position, she planned the annual scholarship fundraiser, celebrated on Texas Independence Day. She is also a member of the Texas State Society.

In her free time, she enjoys mountain biking, wakeboarding, snowboarding, photography, traveling and spending time with her adopted puppy, Halea. D'Ann is a native Texan and a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Communications - Hook 'Em Horns! She is a resident of Reston, Virginia, and has really come to embrace all the DC Metro area has to offer, but still managed to maintain her Southern charm. :)

D'Ann's primary area of service is Northern Virginia, including Arlington County, Alexandria City, Fairfax County and Loudoun County. D'Ann also serves the District of Columbia, including Georgetown, Dupont Circle, U Street/Columbia Heights, Adams Morgan, Logan/Shaw, Capitol Hill and Chevy Chase. In Maryland, D'Ann works primarily in Montogomery, Baltimore, Charles & Prince Georges Counties.
