D'Ann is licensed in Virginia, The District of Columbia, Maryland & Texas.  She has been in the real estate business since 2002, and has a background in new construction with one of the nation's largest production home builders, KB Home.  D'Ann is a member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors & the Greater Capitol Area Association of Realtors and continuously educates herself on the changing market and trends in area real estate.  She is a member of the NVAR Community Outreach committee, as well as the Arbitration Committee.  D'Ann is also the Principal Broker for KB Home Maryland Inc.  In addition, in 2007, D'Ann earned her Residential Construction Certification and New Home Specialist Certification.

D'Ann is also very involved in her community, acting as the Director of Special Events for the DC Texas Exes, Washington DC's alumni organization for the University of Texas at Austin.  In this position, she plans the annual scholarship fundraiser, which occurs in March each year.  She is also a member of the Texas State Society & the Junior League of Northern Virginia. 

In her free time, she enjoys mountain biking, wakeboarding, snowboarding, photography, traveling and spending time with her two adopted puppies.  D'Ann is a native Texan and a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Communications - Hook 'Em Horns!  She is a resident of Vienna, Virginia, and has really come to embrace all the DC Metro area has to offer.

D'Ann places a high regard on customer service and personal attention to her clients, whether first-time buyers or seasoned real estate investors.   D'Ann's primary area of service is Northern Virginia, including Arlington County, Alexandria City, Fairfax County and Loudoun County.  D'Ann also serves the District of Columbia, including Georgetown, Dupont Circle, U Street/Columbia Heights, Adams Morgan, Logan/Shaw, Capitol Hill and Chevy Chase. In Maryland, D'Ann works primarily in Montogomery, Charles & Prince Georges Counties.
