About Us:
I have worked hard to get here. I went back to college at age 32, attending Oklahoma State University at Sayre and I graduated with an AAS degree in Computer Information Systems with honors. I have worked closely with the public for 26 years in restaurants, truck stops, department stores and even a few carnivals. After 3 years managing the office of United Country West Coast Realty I finally decided to get my Broker's License. Then, about a year later I attended the June Oregon Real Estate Agency's Board Meeting where they approved my Waiver for the 3 years working under a Principal Broker before acheiving the Principal Broker Status. I started from the inside and learned the forms and rules and how to run an office. I received my Principal Broker License 08/04/2006.
Areas of Expertise
I can sell property in all of Oregon but I usually stay close to the coast. Florence, Mapleton, Swisshome, Deadwood, Tide, Triangle Lake, Reedsport, Gardiner, Lakeside, Yachats, Waldport, and more. I will list and/or sell any kind of property but I enjoy land listings the best. I am current with my Advanced Real Estate Practices and cont. edu.
