What is Home Staging?
Home Staging is the process of ensuring your home makes the impression on the buyers that will make them remember your house at the end of the long day of looking at houses for sale. Particularly, when there are so many houses on the market, your home needs to look better than the one down the street. There are 3 factors that effect the sale of a house; 1) Location 2) Market 3) Presentation. The only factor that can be influenced is Presentation. It is as simple as moving or removing furniture to "increase" square footage. However, projects may also involve painting, updating decor, maintenance, landscaping, deep cleaning or other services as arranged. I can work directly with the homeowner or with the realtor. Ultimate Home Stager offers an affordable In-Home Consultation to complete turnkey project management with no involvement from the homeowners except setting the budget. I am available for projects in Topeka, Lawrence, Leavenworth, Kansas City metro; anywhere in Northeast Kansas.
