I specialize in Bellevue and neighboring cities, such as Issaquah, Kirkland, Redmond and Renton. As a lifelong Eastside resident, I'm prepared to lend a helping hand with all your real estate needs.

Who's Chad?

I spent my youth growing up with Issaquah. It's a much different city than when my parents moved there in the 1970's. After graduating from Issaquah High in 86'. I spent time in the US Army Reserves and was deployed to the Saudi Arabia in support of operation Desert Shield/Storm. For the last 16 years I've lived in Bellevue, and have worked as a personal trainer and in building maintenance. My passion for helping people, buying/selling things and the physical and design aspects of residential property led me to choose a real estate career. I have an decidedly analytical mind and a lot of patience, which helps me find the right home for you.

Pricing Strategy for Selling
I do extensive research to arrive at an appropriate suggested asking price for your home, including a tour of your property and a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). Recent comparative sales are very helpful in arriving at a price, but experience can often be more important in a market that offers a wide array of property types.
