Regardless of which of the six closing rooms clients close in, they will enjoy a professional, yet comfortable environment, complete with chocolate and hard candy, reading glasses, telephone and wireless internet. DVD players are available to entertain any children who might accompany clients. Our team of eleven closers enable your clients to close based on a time that is most suitable to their schedule. Mailing and emailing documents to buyers and sellers is always an option, with permission from the lender, of course. Another advantage of choosing University Title is Closing Tracker, a website designed to keep all participants updated on the status of each transaction. Buyers, sellers, REALTORS®, the lender and any attorneys affiliated with the transaction will receive emails, which update them on the status of the transaction.
