I am licensed in MD and DC to optimize client choices.  I have been previously licensed in VA.  I specialize working with buyers, sellers, and renters.  All clients are given equal value.  As a Short Sale Specialist, I understand the current market and how to effectively work with sellers in the short sale process.  I also know how to work with buyers who are interested in purchasing short sale properties.   I have specialized working in Upper Marlboro, MD and Washington, DC, but proudly serve the entire MD and DC area.


I work to get buyers less money out of pocket by being familiar with home buyer programs and knowing how to ask for closing assistance within the sales offer.  I have worked successfully with low credit score clients.  As a Property Matching Expert, I have a keen eye for finding buyers the properties they want and work strategically to help them write winning offers.  I have a massive online marketing plan for sellers to promote and sell their homes.  Furthermore, I understand the importance of pricing and staging in the sell of a home.  Finally, I promote teamwork to build a strong working relationship among all parties involved in the transaction.
