As a vendor management company, USPA utilizes the services of independent contractors who have met all of the continuing education, licensure and/or certification requirements for their respective responsibilities. These independent contractors provide the following real estate information services:

The independent contractors managed by USPA, when required by law, are licensed and/or certified. Examples would be: real estate appraisers, real estate inspectors, real estate brokers, attorneys, signing agents when required to be registered with title underwriters or other such governmental regulatory agencies.
