I am a full time professional loan officer in beautiful Cache Valley, Utah...One of the greatest places on earth!

About Us:

I began my mortgage career with a company called World Savings. I started out part time as I was also working on my Masters in Second Langage Teaching. After I graduated, I decided that I liked the mortgage industry so much that I would stick with it and I haven't looked back since. It has been very rewarding to help people buy a home or improve their overall financial situation with a refinance. I have a wonderful and very talented wife who has been extremely supportive and uses her design skills (she graduated from Utah State with a degree in interior design) to help me with my marketing materials. I couldn't do it without her. We had a baby girl in April of 2008 and life has never been better.

Areas of Expertise

As of 6/29/09 the majority of my loans have been FHA with an occasional conventional or rural housing loan. I love everything about FHA loans and I feel like my knowledge of how to package and process these loans gives me an advantage over my competitors.  I have been processing my own loans for over a year now and I feel like it has made me a much better loan officer. Because of it, I now have a more complete knowledge about each of the loan products that we offer and I can anticipate many of the potential problems that inevitably arise during the loan process. I pride myself on making each transaction as smoothe as possible and communicating constantly with all of the parties involved.
