I enjoy working with residential & rural properties, and out-of-town buyers. I pride myself in offering exceptional service to my clients in an honest and caring manner and keep their interests first.

About Me:

I have lived in Prince George since 1973, and have watched the city expand over time from a small foresty based town to becoming a university city.  One of the best things I like about Prince George is the people.  The community feeling in PG is wonderful... a city big enough that there are people out there I have never met, but small enough that we will usually know someone in common.

I received all my schooling in Prince George, and attended the College of New Caledonia where I studied Construction Technology, Drafting, and in later years went through the Legal Secretarial program.

I am married and have two school age children that keep me busy when I'm not working. 

One of my greatest professional achievements was designing, constructing and managing the first private seniors housing residence in Prince George.  As a founding partner in Country Acres Seniors Community Ltd, I took great joy in working with the senior citizens in the 12 years that we owned the business.

When Carl and I drove in to Prince George we had a real estate magazine in our hands and just happened to call Uta about a listing she was advertising. We had her paged and she called back promptly. Her listing was not what we were looking for but from our first conversation her professionalism and forthright honesty were evident. As luck would have it, her schedule allowed her to show us around the next day. We gave her the criteria we were looking for and she promptly went to work for us. During the next three days Uta took us to numerous properties most of which fit our criteria. When it came time to narrow it down she patiently took us for return visits to those we were most interested in, and before leaving town we had an offer in place. It was after this offer was accepted and we were back at home in Calgary, that Uta most impressed us. I'll briefly explain why.

Carl and I own a number of investment properties and are well aware that any realtor will be more than happy to show you property after property if their schedule permits and complete their responsibilities should an offer by made and accepted.
