About Us:

Ute FerdigThank you for allowing me to share a bit of information about myself.  Prior to becoming a real estate broker.  I practiced law in the San Francisco Bay Area.  When my family relocated to the beautiful Sierra Foothills, I decided to pursue a career in real estate as I have always been interested in real estate.  My legal background and negotiation training are particularly helpful for successfully negotiating short sales with lenders.

As a Certified Property Valuator  I  will help you set the determine the right list price to give you the best chance to sell your home quickly in this challenging market.  I use cutting edge technology to sell your property or locate your next  or first home.

Let me show you how I can help you.  Call 1-866-883-4968  (866-UTE 4 YOU).

Areas of Expertise

Licensed California Attorney since 1993:  While I will not act as your attorney, I use my legal knowledge to protect your best interest and ensure a smooth transaction.  I am asking to be your broker of choice.

Certified Property Valuator:  I am one of only a handful real estate professionals in the state of California that are currently Certified Property Valuators.  I have prepared nearly 2,000 broker price opinions in the past 4 years and I know what's going on in the market and what the current trends are.  Don't sit on the market at the wrong price and waste valuable time.

Staging your short sale:  When you list with me, you will receive a free staging consultation which will help you prepare your home for a quick sale.  In a market that is dominated by short sale listings, it is important to set yourself apart to attract the attention of today's selective buyer.   Studies have shown that staged homes sell approx. 50% faster and for approx. 6% higher than properties that have not been staged.  The better offer you get for your home, the more likely it is that the lender will approve the short sale.  Staging is not expensive.   It can be done for little or now money as it involves taking items out of the home.  Think of it as preparing for your upcoming move.

Testimonials

Hello Dear Ute,

Thanks again for all you did to sell my home.  It turned out to be harder than either of us imagined since the market turned so quickly and dramatically.

I've been a real estate investor for nearly 40 years and had the opportunity to work with numerous agents.  In all ways you're at the top of my list!  I was truly amazed by your impeccable communication, integrity and old-fashioned hard work.

I know you do well because you take such great care with your customers.  I wish you the best.

     With warmest regards,

     Judy

Thank you so much Ute.  We truly appreciate all you have done for us.  You have gone above and beyond the call of duty for us many many times, and we truly appreciate it.  You have been so awesome, and I will make sure to spread your name around for anyone who may need a real estate agent.

Anyway, thanks again for everything.

Take care,

Chris & Dan

"Ute, I really think my mom hired the right person to sell my property. I think you're great. I will send you referrals. I feel like a real estate agent needs to sell a property for a price that ultimately puts more money in the sellers pocket than the seller could put in his/her pocket if he sold it him/herself. That's what you did. Thank You."
