Professional Bio

Elaine Stroman is an experienced mortgage professional with a gift for taking the complexities and the anxiety out of financing real estate.

 With over 20 years of combined experience in real estate and mortgages, she has worked with hundreds of clients both nationally and internationally ranging from first time home buyers to multi million dollar commercial investors.

 Her well rounded knowledge in her vocation has awarded her "First Level Underwriting" and "Niche Product Specialist" classifications with some of the most prestigious commercial banking institutions in the country.  She has also received awards for "Top 10 National Producer in Renovation/Construction Lending" with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, national production awards with Dime Savings Bank and SunTrust Mortgage as well as Customer Service awards.

 While she has had a few; one of her more notable achievements occurred in 2004.  She spearheaded a project to create a strategic alliance with the City of East Orange New Jersey and her mortgage company.  The purpose was to secure the position as the "Primary Lender of Choice" providing affordable mortgages to residents purchasing private homes in the city funded developments.  She composed the financing proposal and presented it at a private meeting with Mayor Robert Bowser and his Planning Committee.

 Elaine believes you need to know more then just your job or the assignment at hand.  You need expand your knowledge of the other skill sets, services and products related to your business.  Developing your business in this way brings added value to both your Clients and Strategic Business Partners.
