I was 14 when I immigrated with my family from Pakistan. My father had a deep interest in Real estate which I've inherited. I moved to Scottsdale, AZ in 2001 and can't think of living anywhere else but the Valley of the Sun! I enjoy what I do and love to help others with a similar interest in Real Estate.  Since getting my license in 2005 I have developed an impressive list of clients which include many first time home buyers, investors, builders and sellers.  I have built a reputation of providing my clients unparalleled service and going the extra mile for them. 

Prior to starting a career in real estate I co founded Total Programming Solutions (http://www.totalprogrammingsolutions.com/) a Software development, and web and graphics design firm in 2002 along with my husband and led the Business Development and Solutions Team. My experience also includes 8 years of business management experience including involvement in project teams for SIEBEL Systems CRM and other key technology initiatives with Fortune 100 companies including American Express and Target Corporation. I hold a MA in Communication from Barry University and a BA in International Relations from Florida International University.

Beyond Real Estate my interests are broad and include but are not limited to Tennis, Golf, Reading, Music, Travelling, Photography and serving our community at large.  I have embraced opportunities to volunteer my time with various organizations around town including The Red Cross, St. Mary's Food Bank, The Cultural Cup Food Pantry as well as having the honor of serving the role of Public Relations Coordinator for The American Muslim Women's Association http://www.amwaaz.org/

Uzi continues to work with first-time buyers, move-up buyers and corporate relocation buyers as well as sellers with homes ranging from condos to luxury homes.  Uzi enjoys the challenge of assisting buyers and sellers in finding unique properties, such as large families looking for 2 Masters, including finding the best lot and floor plan in a new construction sub-division, raw land or horse properties with acerage.  Uzi has lent her expertise and negotiation skills successfully to several clients whom she has represented in purchasing resale properties as well as new home construction in Master planned communities throughout the valley.  Uzi also has extensive experience in working with Sellers and negotiating the highest price for their homes in the least amount of time on market.

Uzi believes in staying abreast with the latest innovations in technology and marketing that would help her and her clients stay ahead of the curve in the ever competitive real estate arena.  Always a student, Uzi is continously developing new strategies, and actively pursuing designations as well as real estate seminars in order to broaden her knowledge and expertise.
