I have approximately 20 years of real estate experience in Wyoming and Missouri.  My Missouri license has been placed in inactive status; I am well aware of the things an unlicensed person can or cannot do for an agent.

Your business would benefit most from my skills at developing marketing materials and campaigns, writing for you and helping you build relationships with your clients and customers.   I have experience writing advertising/descriptions for print, radio and internet and can work the dashboard at the backside of the MLS website.

As a virtual assistant, I work behind the scenes, letting you shine at doing the things you do best.  A core intent of my practice is to help you build relationships with your clients and customers, providing them with service in your field.

I work with Microsoft Office Professional 2003 and Adobe Acrobat for pdf files.

I can work with

  • WebEx or Go-to-Meeting,
  • Email services such as Aweber orConstant Contact,
  • Contact management programs such as Reliance,or Top Producer, specializing in building the contact databases with follow-up.
  • Realty Times for posting your daily page there.
  • Top Producer

Please feel free to contact me with your questions.  There is no charge for a first consultation.  Should we decide to work together, I will invite you to sign a work/pay agreement with me.

If I don't know the answer, I have a big network to ask.  Active membership in International Real Estate Assistant Association plus  International Virtual Assistants' Association, Internta and Virtual Assistant Networking Association contributes greatly to that network.  All of these groups provide membership with access to training, workshops and seminars to keep my skills at peak performance.

Designations: IVAA EthicsCheck, IVAA CRESS,

New equipment additions to my office include NeatReceipts Scanalizer and Dymo Turbo Labelwriter.

More Information about THE BRAND

More about Bar JD Communications

JudyAnn Lorenz     reads  Bar JD and is our authentic, registered western brand for cattle and horses.

My other blog:  @ Bar JD Virtual Professionals

KC Matters KC Matters is going to become history in 2009.  There is a rumor that it will be replaced with something rather simlar and definitely Kansas, but that hasn't been confirmed. KC Matters, formerly KCMetroRealEstateBlog.com is changing format and appearance.  The Blog title, KC Matters will continue as the name of the website and blog.  Former writer, Paula Walter, will have a profile page at the website. Her well-written posts which all are compatible with the theme of the Blog will be left up as valuable content.

Photos and Information:  Legacy Gardens  This website is changing.  There will still be some free photos and information, but there will be more communication at the Legacy Gardens Blog. This blog, offering information, will be part of my community service to be done for qualification in the Master Gardening Program.

Blogging has just become a real runaway for this VA!  I've added Ozarks Mystique and Chips of opinion at Ozarks Mountain Country.  And am loving the possibilities of communication about beauty information for Beautiful Baby Boomer Women -- Bloomin' Boomer Women at NewBeautySuccess.com

Community is important.  When we moved to Missouri, we became involved in our local small town. I am a board member of a fledgling Chamber of Commerce -- everything is done on a volunteer basis by the board or membership.  We have three major 'events' for the community every year, the largest of which is Wilder Days to celebrate Laura Ingalls Wilder.  We plan a wild and crazy Easter Egg Hunt with lots of eggs and prizes and a special Christmas Celebration.  Other organizations have celebrations going on, so Mansfield is an active place to visit.  When I can get information and a few minutes, I  design and keep up the websites for the Town of Mansfield ; Cardinal Bluff; Montevista Vacation Homes and Mansfield Historical Society and MotherOwl's Choice. I used to do the website for the Mansfield Area Chamber of Commerce, but Deirdre Delay-Pierpoint who is web designer for Engrave-A-Crete of Mansfield, has generously done some updates for the Chamber site.   I helped the Mansfield Community Center get their domain and set up their website.  They received a grant for some new computer equipment and have fledgling VAs on staff who will soon be taking over the Mansfield Community Center website.  This will be empowering for the Community Center because their schedule is so fluid and empowering for the VAs because they will be getting experience in the trenches while promoting a good cause in the Community Center.  The website is started and they have Internet presence; now I am pleased to hand off the baton to someone else who can do a great job with it.

Duke is part of my encouragement team

Duke starts a fuss when DH leaves the house; he has an appointment with me to go all over the property 'trailing' bunnies, armadillos, box turtles and the neighbor dogs who must have been walking through the yard shoulder to shoulder the night before.
