I specialize in aggressively marketing a residence. I put the property in question on several search engines and other places of the internet. I web site the property. I am learning how to use internet marketing more effectively in promoting my service and promoting the properties of my clients. I enjoy working with clients making their dreams come true. I email agents and call them to make them current on properties I have listed. Unlike many agents I don't self promote. I promote the property and its benefits. I promote what is important to the client. I keep current on zoning changes and economic changes in the high desert as these are important and changing factors of value. I specialize in results. I believe in continual education. I currently am a candidate for the council of Residential Specialists Certified Residential Specialist. I also am taking a CAR Accredited course in commercial real estate with Property by Net. I recently attended the High Desert Economic Summit. John Huising is a genius. So is Jack Kyser. We downsized to a mobile. Val handled the sale of our house. He found us a buyer. Or maybe we should say that the buyer found us by use of internet and pictures. He bought our home without seeing it in person. We didn't think that you could sell a home sight unseen, but he did it. Thank you Val! We live in Jess Ranch. We needed a bigger place because of HMO issues. Val not only took us to his listings but to others and even a For Sale By Owner. We bought the For Sale By Owner. (we later found out that it had just been listed with an agent) Now, the timing for this purchase was poor. We were planning to leave for a 2 and a half month stay in oregan. It sure would be nice to have everything done before we left in 10 days. Val told us not to worry, if all parties were agreeable, we would have the escrow done in five days. I could barely believe it. It was done in five days. I guess what helped is that Val knew a great escrow person and he was known by the sellers and we liked him to.
