(HAMILTON, NJ) The Belardo Team, headed by Team Leader Valerie Belardo, was awarded by RE/MAX of New Jersey at the Annual Awards Celebration and Dinner Dance for their outstanding performance in the real estate industry during 2007. The team was ranked fifth in sales production and completed transactions, placing them at the top of over 3,600 RE/MAX Associates in the state. Belardo also earned membership into RE/MAX of New Jersey´s prestigious Chairman´s Club agian this year.

Angelo F. Belardo Sales Associate/Internet Marketing Specialist - Angelo started working with his wife Valerie as a sales associate in 2002. Angelo was an ironworker foreman for 20 years thus enabling him to learn all aspects of the construction industry which he now applies to real estate. Angelo's job is to ensure your home is marketed through the internet for maximum exposure.
Carol Archer Havens Sales Associate/Buyer's Specialist- Carol joined Valerie's Team in 2002. She has been a life long resident of the Burlington/Ocean County area. Carol has an extensive background in sales and customer service and transitioned quickly into the real estate community. Her passion for real estate is found in working with buyers and sellers and providing them with exceptional customer service. Carol loves to help buyers find just the right home.
Cheryl Makemson Sales Associate/ Buyer's Specialist- Cheryl joined the Valerie Belardo team in 2007. She has been a life long resident of the Burlington/Ocean County area. She began her career in real estate industry in 1997 and has the following designations; Senior Real Estate Specialist, Accredited Buyer's Representative and Certified New Home Specialist. Cheryl's focus is to keep up to date on the changing market and to provide extraordinary service to her clients with the utmost in professionalism and negotiating skills.
Jessica Russo Sales Associate/Office Manager- Jessica joined the Belardo team in 2001. She holds a bachelor's degree from Berkeley College. Jessica with her strong technological skills and attention to detail is responsible for creating marketing material for advertising and internet exposure. By assisting Valerie with listings, coordinating all the details of a transaction; including inspection, financing and title reports. Jessica ensures the sale or purchase of a property is facilitated into a smooth and enjoyable real estate experience.
Candice Tran Le Sales Associate/Buyer's Specialist- Candice recently joined the Valerie Belardo team in 2008. Being fresh in the business Candice is eager to explore all aspects of Real Estate and is ready to work hard for her clients. She is bilingual, speaking fluently in English and Vietnamese. Candice now resides in Mansfield Township and is associated with Olde York Country Club. Candice's focal point is creating a successful transaction for both buyer's and seller's.
Brieana McConagly Advertising/Marketing Coordinator- Brieana joined the Belardo team in 2007. Brieana is the behind the scenes girl, she does all clerical aspects of the Real Estate transaction. She makes sure that each home listing is exposed on numerous websites for maximum exposure. Brieana is the one that helps everyone on the team to exceed your expectations.
