THE BELARDO TEAM OF RE/MAX TRI COUNTY AWARDED BY RE/MAX OF NEW JERSEY
(HAMILTON, NJ) The Belardo Team, headed by Team Leader Valerie Belardo, was awarded by RE/MAX of New Jersey at the Annual Awards Celebration and Dinner Dance for their outstanding performance in the real estate industry during 2007. The team was ranked fifth in sales production and completed transactions, placing them at the top of over 3,600 RE/MAX Associates in the state. Belardo also earned membership into RE/MAX of New Jersey´s prestigious Chairman´s Club agian this year.
"We were very excited to have received these high honors," said Belardo. "We were able to reach very high goals in 2007, and did so with great teamwork and the backing of the RE/MAX system."
Valerie has been in the real estate industry for twenty years. Her business is truly a family affair, as her team consists of her husband, her sister and three life long friends. Valerie feels that this is one of the reasons that her team has grown to be successful.
A lifelong resident of Columbus, Valerie is the mother of two active boys. Through her real estate career, she has been able to actively sponsor their after school sports and activities.

Angelo Belardo was an Union Ironworker Foreman for 20 years. Throughout his years as an Ironworker Angelo learned all aspects of the construction industry for which he applies today in real estate. Angelo has been working in real estate with his wife Valerie for about 8 years. Jessica Russo has been with The Valerie Belardo Team since 2001. During this time Jessica learned all aspects of the real estate industry such as marketing, advertising, negotiating buyers and sellers needs . Jessica decided to then get her Real Estate License in 2004. In addition to working full-time in real estate Jessica is also completing a bachelor´s degree in Business Administration. Jessica was also just awarded the President´s Club award at a recent awards ceremony within the RE/MAX organization. Anne Cheslock is experienced, hard working, dependable and a seasoned Broker Associate. Anne has been a Broker Associate for 20+ years. Carol Archer Havens has been a long time resident of the Burlington County. She offers buyers and sellers a honest, professional experience in residential Real Estate.
