I love real estate! My career began 15 years ago in commercial property management in Boulder, Colorado. Upon moving to Dallas (for the second time), I worked with Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate Company for 10 years. I joined RE/MAX and love residential sales. Dallas thrives on real estate development -- it never stops. My knowledge of current commercial developments is integrated with my expertise on residential development and how they are interrelated and affect each other.
I have been married for 25 years and have one child who just got married in May and moved to Oregon for grad school. My friends are amazing, my clients are fabulous and my church family is fabulous. I work equally well with buyers and sellers. My listing presentation is awesome and primarily focuses on the client and their needs rather than my resume. 98.2% of buyers love working with me but I'd be lying if I said I can be all things to all people. I weave humor, spunk and tenacity into my daily activities and interactions with clients. When I see a need, I fill it. I started my own networking group, have a realtor exchange group that meets monthly and partner with vendors to mutually support our respective businesses. Energy is my middle name and I hold the belief that if someone wants a home and can qualify for a loan, they deserve to own a home. I have a client base that ranges in price from $65,000 to almost $2,000,000. It's important to me to be professional, live up to commitments and ensure that my clients know that I truly care about them as people -- not just as transactions. Earning the CDPE designation offers me the opportunity to offer solutions to homeowners who are in financial distress.
