Sometimes "Trigger Pullers" have a hard time finding someone they can communicate their needs to and find the right person to assist in formulating the right plans with the appropriate execution and Exit strategies to ensure that the buy is right. 

Sellers also have a hard time finding the right person that is not going to dance arround the situation and can communicate the situation to them while at the same time looking for the RIGHT solution to their problems.

I specialize in formulating action plans and emplimentation of executable arrangements with both buyers and sellers.  My team is wonderful at untieing "Knots" in transactions or situations and formulating ideas that work.
