I am a Real estate investor with over 10 Years experience in Mortgage Banking expereince. I can find deals and make deal happen where others may not be able to. I am currently focused on the commercial market. I am currently focused on the commercial market specifically on properties where loan amounts are $2MM+ with 10% down and up to 100% of project costs financed, and unique methods of raising funds for any legal project (legal Projects) world wide.

NEW UPDATE: We now can restructure Jumbo Mortgage Notes with balnaces over $427K or over $729K in CA or other high value locations, where the mortgage is "Under- Water" or "Upside down", We can even help homeowners that are have a few lates on their mortgage. We also restructure Commercial Mortgage notes over $500K that are upside down. When Successful we are able to help the borrower drastically lower the mortgage balance, payments and end up with equity in the property.  In select states we can help even if the borrower is in default!
