About Us:

Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Virginia, specializing in loan documents.  If you need a notary for one or two

documents you can probably take them to your bank.  Most banks have a notary of staff and will assist you at no

charge.  If that is not convenient, most UPS stores also have a notary on staff, they will most likely charge you

$5 per stamp/signature.  Having a mobile notary come to you while convenient is the most expensive option,

so unless it is impossible for you to get to a notary please try the bank first.
