Who is Heather?:
Heather Jemison began her career in real estate after working in the fields of hospitality and banking. She enjoys over 15 years of customer service experience along with over 10 years in financial services and real estate. She enjoys working with people and found that the Real Estate profession fits into her personal interests and fills a void that she was looking for in her prior professions. Heathers experience keeps her focused on customer service and helps her identify the clients true objectives in real estate ownership and focus on finding the perfect property for the clients interests, lifestyle and financial resources. Her love of the industry keeps her motivated to continually research the market, inventory and maintain relationships that will benefit her clients. Heather is primarily a buyers agent who has realtionships in new home communities in the greater Las Vegas, Henderson, and Summerlin areas.
Heathers family has been in Las Vegas for 40 years. She and her husband, John, have 2 sons and a boxer dog named "Lola". John is an entrepeneur who specialized in business marketing and management. He currently has two exciting projects that he and his partners at Strategic Endeavors Limited are bringing to market. Heather and John enjoy interests to keep them active in the community, being involved in community service. Her husband has held recent officer positions with the Knights of Columbus and a board position for Habitat for Humanity, Las Vegas Affiliate. Heather assists John in his community service endeavors along with utilizing their social membership at the Stirling Club at Turnberry Place. She is active in the Women's Council of Realtors.
Areas of Expertise
Specializing in new homes keeps Heather busy with gathering inventory knowledge and building relationships with on-site agents. This gives her a competitive edge with getting her buyers the 'best deal'. Heather particularily enjoys helping the first-time homebuyer. In order to assist her first-time homebuyers, she has done extensive research on obtaining creative cash sources for homebuyers.
