We are connected to Verde Santa Fe and strive to make it a great place to call home. I work with my customers from the ground up - selecting home site, floor plan, options and upgrades, structural changes, electrical and plumbing placement etc. I check and inspect the progress of the home as constructed - either physically with client if available or email progress to out of town customers. I am the buffer between builder, subs and client. From start to finish, it is my mantra to make the building process an enjoyable and exciting experience. It is a very satisfying experience for me to see the end result and realize I was instrumental in helping someone realize a dream.
In any master planned community, life offers changes and resales become available. I would hope that sellers and buyers would take advantage of my expertise and first hand knowledge of the product, the quality and care taken with construction and experience in building these homes from the ground up.
