When she enteres into a contract with a seller she offers a guarantee in writing that she will follow the system. If she doesn't follow the system the seller is allowed to cancel the listing if a compromise can't be reached. A Guarantee of Service, now that is unique!
Aside from real estate, Vera has an active life in Riverside. She has a graduate degree in special education. Before becoming a Realtor, Vera taught high school students with emotional disabilities and learning disabilities. Currently, she is an active member of the Riverside Chamber of Commerce and regularly attends the Business in Action meetings. She also volunteers with a program called CASA where she works on an individual basis with teens that have emotional problems or an unstable home life, or both.
