I am a lifelong resident of Garden City, and know the area well.  I am well versed in new construction, as my husband has built custom homes in the area for 35 years.  I work with all types of buyers: first timers, move up, retirement, bank owned properties, investment properties, land, and commercial.

I received my real estate license in 1997, my brokers license in 2004, my GRI designation (graduate realtor institute) in 2006, and my ABR designation (acredited buyer representative) the summer of 2007.

I served as president in 2008 of the Garden City Board of Realtors.

I belong to the National Association of Realtors, the Kansas Association of Realtors, and sit on many committees in the Garden City Board of Realtors.

I am the Zone 8 Vice President for the Kansas Association of Realtors.
