After moving to Southport from Winston-Salem in 1981, my husband and I were given the unique opportunity to move to Bald Head Island as “caretakers,” and the only full-time residents at that time. Now for the last 20 years, we have called downtown Southport home. I love showing folks this “neck of the woods” and all my favorite places.

With a degree in Horticulture, a landscape designer, and owner of Maritime Landscapes since 1983, I am happy to share my knowledge of the area, and my passion for finding the ideal match between buyers and sellers. With my primary focus as a buyer’s agent and an eye for “hidden gems,” I am dedicated to an honest and straight-forward approach to real estate. I love the outdoors, oyster roasts in the back yard, fishing in the creeks, mountain getaways, and bluegrass music.
If you're thinking about investing in this "buyer's market," email me for the latest market data. There's never been a better time to take advantage of prime properties selling well-below their intrinsic values. Your dream piece of real estate may very well be affordable. Waterfront, marsh front, and golf properties that were fetching unbelievable prices in '05 have settled back down and are now in the price range of many more buyers. Downtown Southport's historic homes are now at '03-'04 levels.
