Personal
Although licensed since 1992, my career in real estate essentially began while growing up as my father was a builder and owned his own real estate company. Early on, I "learned the ropes " of the industry while working in related fields such as consumer and mortgage banking and as a paralegal. Having the backgound, both in financing and the legal industry, made the transition into real estate an easy one.
Originally, I was with a traditional agency representing both Buyers and Sellers and learned quickly that I could only serve one party well in a transaction. I have dedicated the last ten years to assisting home buyers in making wise decisions while working as an Exclusive Buyer's Agent with The Real Buyer's Agent.

As an Exclusive Buyer's Agent, I am fully committed to the Buyer throughout the entire process from the initial home search, negotiating 100% for the best terms and price, obtaining mortgage and insurance quotes, assisting with the home inspection, and attending the closing. Throughout the process, I will offer advise that you can trust as I have been on your side from the onset. I am committed to meeting my clients needs regardless of the level of buying experience-first time home buyer, purchasing 2nd home or investment property, or relocating to the Charleston metro area due to transfer and I will surpass their expectations.
