A lively village mixing loft-style living with restaurants and shops. An inviting plaza surrounded by sidewalk cafes and balconies from the homes above. Pedestrian-friendly paths, trails and tree-lined streets connecting you to parks, woods and open green spaces.

Villebois, which translates to “village near the woods,” represents an entirely new concept in community development. Based in Wilsonville, Ore., Villebois is inspired by the traditional European village and built around the idea that thoughtfully planned communities add to our quality of life. Quite simply, a community built for the people who live there makes life better.

Award-winning master planner, Oregon-based Costa Pacific Communities, brings the same vision and commitment to Villebois that it brought to Orenco Station, which was recognized in 1999 as “America’s Community of the Year.”

Within Villebois, Costa Pacific Communities is creating a rich and diverse community in which the details of daily life are a pleasure not a chore.

Villebois Village Center

You can find it at the village center.

Inspired by the intimacy and character of traditional European villages, Villebois’ bustling village center will form the geographic and social heart of the community.

Villebois’ village center will bring together the best elements of a complete community: condominiums, apartments, shops, green spaces, and parks.

The design will complement the diverse architecture of the residential neighborhoods, drawing from the best of European and northwest traditions. Individual building height will range from three to five stories in order to maintain the vision for the village center.

At the heart of the village center, there will be Piazza Villebois – an inviting plaza surrounded by residences, restaurants, shops and sidewalk cafes. The plaza is where residents can come to relax, enjoy the view of Mt. Hood, and listen to musical entertainment. Villebois’ village center will also be a location for popular events such as a local farmer’s market and seasonal festivals.

Villebois’ street grid and short blocks are designed to create opportunities for both immediate and long-term growth in small office, retail development, employment and changing residential trends

Parks, plazas, a variety of mature trees, and excellent views of the Cascades, Willamette Valley, and surrounding hills make this a premiere location.
