My mission is to design homes to sell faster and get the profit value deserved. I impart cost effective, high impact tips, techniques, and quality expertise to realtors and homeowners.

ABOUT ME

 Designs by Vincenza, INC. was launched officially in January of 2012, because of my passion and dedication devoted to pleasing my clients; unofficially for over 20 years. Creating, decorating and redesigning are art forms that give me great pleasure to extend to  them. Therefore, I consider my efforts  devoted to realtors and homeowners  a 24/7 privilege. I give 100% to help get the maximum market value of the home, and decrease the length of time on the market. my loves in the design/ art field have been a constant, and it`s been evident from an early age. Incidentally, starting with "BARBIE", and her peeps, and their houses. Most of the time I was`nt satisfied with the furniture and accessories that were bought; so I would make my own out of card board, thimbles, foil and lots of glue. I was`nt even happy with the store bought accesories for the airplane. As time went  on, and I got older; there was`nt any space that was sacred in our home. On a daily bases I would move, turn and even flip furniture for a different look. I`ve developed (almost) an obsessive belief that " detail matters ", and that`s a good thing, because I believe in options to make life interesting!
