I just want to say thank you.  Thank you for helping make my "dreamhome" a reality.  After moving here from out of state, it took me a year and a half to recover from sticker shock. 

When I finally decided that it was time to bite the bullet and get settled, at the advice of a friend, I enlisted your help in my buying process.  From the moment we had our first meeting at Greenberry's you put my mind at ease and the apprehension began to turn into excitement. 

As you know, I had a lot on my plate when I first started looking.  Illness in the family, a new job, and such.  Searching for a new home would normally add tons of stress.  However, your expertise, patience, and "house-side" manner, made this whole process simple and expedient.  You handled every detail, leaving me only the packing to do.  Within the time period of our first coffee at Greenberry's to the day we closed in Vienna, I not only acquired the house of my dreams, but also a good friend.  I now cherish both.

You are on my mind almost every day.  I just count my blessing for you and Missy and all your help in selling my condo in Reston.  Although, my neighbor Jen is very sorry that I sold.
