I'm a virtual assistant who absolutely loves everything connected to real estate. I was an agent myself for a few years, but I found I liked the assistant side of the business better than the selling side. However, being an agent gave me insight into what agents go through to finalize sales and earn those commissions! I love the paperwork - the creating of flyers, ads, postcards, the uploading of descriptions and photos into the MLS and various websites. Tracking and coordinating a closing is a process that is akin to solving a puzzle. If it's done correctly, the pieces fall into place and the puzzle is completed. I enjoy talking to people, setting appointments, making sure inspections are done on time and results are achieved.
