About Us:
With seseveral years in the real estate business I have accomplished many goals. After receiving my Sales License in 2000 and Broker License in 2001, I have continued my studies acquiring the Accredited Buyer Representative Designation, the New or Veteran Agent Certificate, the E-Pro Designation, The Housing Counselor Certification, the CRRA Housing Opportunity Foundation's Workforce Housing Certificate, and I'm currently enrolled in the Certified Residential Specialist and the Graduate of Realtor Institute curriculums, and The HOF Leadership Development Program.
Prior to my real estate career, I acquired an Associate of Science Degree from Central Piedmont Community College where I graduated with honors in May of 2001. I have a Computer Science Teaching Certificate from the North American Division of Seventh-Day Adventists. I have also completed the Income Tax Preparer and the CPR Certifications. I speak fluent Spanish, my native language.
I'm presently a member of The National Association of Realtors, The Charlotte Regional Realtor Association(CRRA) The CRRA Education Advisory Board, The Latin American Subcouncil's Community Relations Chair. the Real Estate Buyer Agency Council, the Homeowners Association, the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals and was formerly appointed to the Charlotte Mecklenburg Property Taxation Review Board.
