Meticulous Home Inspection Corp. is a Long Island based inspection company that provides nearly instantaneous residential and commercial inspections 7 days a week in Nassau and Suffolk counties on Long Island, the 5 boroughs of New York City, and we now cover upstate New York! Prompt and professional service is always provided, as well as a flexible schedule for clients who need an inspection on the weekend, and also for agents that work on the weekends. We perform inspections for many of Long Islands' top producing realtors when they buy a home, and our reports are emailed either that night or the next morning. Many agents recommend us to their families when they purchase a home.
We objectively present our findings in simple terms to our client without the scare tactics. We are members of the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI), the Metropolitan Association of Home Inspectors (MAHI), and we attend the required monthly association meetings for many reasons, but the main reason for this is the Continuing Education, which is essential in keeping up in this ever-changing industry. We are New York state licensed and insured. We utilize digital photography and provide a top notch fully narrative report with pictures. Our client's peace of mind is paramount.
