Jerry L Becker:  Sales Director/Business Intermediary/Commercial Realtor  

 Bringing to VR over 44 years of management and ownership experience, Jerry began his career in the trucking industry in Nebraska and rose to manage one of the largest trucking terminals in Nebraska.  He also served as President of the Local Truck and Rail Association in Lincoln and that area of NE.   

He returned to his home state of Kansas to start a manufactured home, recreational vehicle and boat business. The business grew into the largest manufactured home and recreational vehicle business in Kansas and won top honors from Holiday Rambler Corporation as Dealer of the Year. Also, Trailer Life Magazine chose Kansas Kamper Center as Runner Up for National Dealer of the Year.  Jerry was a founding member of Recreational Dealers of America and served on its board of Directors for 10 Yrs. 

  After selling Kansas Kamper Center, Inc. Jerry returned to his first love, Trucking.  Jerry became sales manager for Doonan Truck and Equipment in Great Bend over both the Peterbilt and GMC division.  The company did over $10,000,000 in sales each year during this period of time and won many awards.

   He was General Sales Manager for Kit Recreational Vehicles out of McPherson, KS and and was an instrumental player in the opening of a new manufacturing plant in Yoder, Ks for modular homes.   He served as General Sales Manager for the Midwest Region and recruited the sales network of dealers that have allowed this Manufacturing plant to still operate successfully today.   Jerry finished out his business career in Kansas by successfully opening a modular home dealership in Hutchinson, KS.  This modular home dealership was recognized as a top 3 dealer for Kansas for 10 years in a row.         

  Jerry and Janice(his wife of 48 years) enjoy spending time on the lake with their four grown children and their families (11 grand children from age 5-24).  Jerry is an alumni member of the Argonne Rebels Drum and Bugle Corps.   He and Jan served on the Board of Directors for decades and Jerry served as President for many years.  Jerry's other passion is flying. He has been a pilot for over 37 years.  Jerry also served on the School Board for 8 years in Great Bend, Ks. as chairman of the bld. committee.  

Jerry is currently a member of the Greater Springfield Board of Realtors and Commercial Multi List.  He is a licensed Real Estate Agent in both Missouri and Kansas    

Judi Samuel:  Real Estate Managing Broker Associate/ Sales Director/Business Intermediary  

 Bringing to VR over 25 years of real estate broker experience. During this period of time involved as broker on commercial land, office buildings, retail, and multi housing sales and doing property management for retail shopping centers, office buildings, multi housing communities, and condo developments.

Co owner of several business involved in property management, real estate investments and also family business. Because several of these business holdings has sold this adds experience in business sales.

Very involved in professional organizations. Served as president of both the local Board of Realtors and the Multi List. Served as president of the local Springfield Apartment and Housing Association and Missouri Apartment Association. Also involved in providing help with two local non profits serving low income residents of Springfield by serving as president of Realtors Helping People and also current past president of Affordable Housing Action Board.

Strong accounting background and construction experience adds to the additional experience.

Life time resident of the Springfield area and married to Gary Samuel, President of Portable Livestock Shelters. Bank board member of Empire Bank.  Judi is a member and past president of Greater Springfield Board of Realtors and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Missouri.

  Larry McBee:  Sales Director/Business Intermediary   

  Bringing to VR over 35 years of business experience, Larry has bought, owned, managed and sold over 25 business in his career and continues to do so today. His vast range of business interests include owning and managing retail stores, service oriented businesses, wholesale distribution operations, manufacturing plants employing in excess of 100 employees, owning and managing commercial and multi-family rental properties, an internet marketing company as well as residential and commercial construction services.

From his years of experience he has developed a keen sense of what it takes to operate a business and make it successful, improving on its strengths, identifying and putting a plan in place to fix its weakness, developing an exit strategy and then packaging the business for maximum value at time of sale. It is our goal to bring Valued Representation to our clients by applying the knowledge of experience with attention to detail in every transaction, large or small that we engage in.

Larry and Kim (his life long business partner and wife of 30 years) reside in Springfield. They moved to Missouri 5 years ago from Kansas. They have one son and one grandson. Larry served in the US Army, is an avid sports fan, fisherman, golfer and barbecue enthusiast. He as served on several boards of directors, active member in several trade organizations, nominated for small business of the year in the state of Kansas and has won national manufacturing and design awards.

Michael Jon Becker: Owner    

 Michael Jon Becker grew up in a family of entrepreneurs. His great grandparents, grandparents,  great uncles, dad and mom, uncles, brothers and now all of his 1st cousins owned or currently own businesses.  Michael started his first business while in college with the famous Southwestern Company out of Nashville, TN as his supplier of books that Michael successfully sold door to door.  

 Michael graduated from Wichita State University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Business Administration with an Emphasis in Marketing.  He worked as a Credit Manager with Norwest Financial Corporation(now Wells Fargo) for 2 years.

  Michael then opened his own exclusive insurance agency with American Family Insurance in Valley Center, Ks.  He was the state agent of the year and won numerous awards and trips in building it from scratch into a Million Dollar Premium volume agency.   In 1996 Michael sold his agency in Valley Center back to American Family Insurance.     

 He then accepted a promotion to District Sales Manager for American Family Insurance over the Southwest Mo area.  From 1996 to end of 2001 Michael's District consistently finished in the top 10 in sales, profit and growth in the company. Michael also oversaw the acquisition and merger of multiple agencies and the opening of new office locations. In 2000, Michael in addition to being in top 10 company wide also won the District of Year Award for their Missouri Sales State. 

   In late 2001, Michael had opportunity to acquire a large insurance agency in Springfield, MO area.  .  He acquired another agency in 2003.  The Mike Becker Agency, Inc has continued to perform at the highest levels winning multiple awards and incentive trips and generating multi million dollars in premium volume. Michael continues to own and operate the Mike Becker Agency, Inc.   

 Michael purchased the VR Franchise for Springfield-Branson Region and has put together a very experienced (over 117 years of experience) founding group (Jerry Becker, Judi Samuel and Larry McBee) for the day to day operations.  

 Michael is the proud father of Haley, Jace and Cole Becker. He is very active in his childrens lives as a coach and mentor in their various activities. He is a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church where he co-started the Vacation Bible Program that has flourished with God's Blessing.

of the Springfield Chamber of Commerce for professionals between the ages of 21 and 40 that desire to become leaders in the community and have a positive impact on the area's workforce. She is also a supporter of the Springfield Symphony and Ozark Generals Baseball Team. Her support for local sports has helped the Ozark Generals finish another summer season of collegiate baseball for the M.I.N.K. League.
