If there is anything I have learned in my long years as a realtor, agent and Broker it is that there are not many people out there who haven't had a bad experience with a real estate transaction.  I am committed to the highest level of service and professionalism and protection of real estate professionals as experts in their field.  I am a diamond member of the Portland Metro Area Realtors Million dollar club and pride myself on being the only contact in a transaction.  When you do business with me you will talk to me directly with any problem resolutions, questions or comments.  I personally attend every closing, every home inspection for buyers and every appraisal for sellers making sure there is always a personal face behind every area of a transaction and with every player involved in a transaction.  For me the personal link is critical to building strong relationships that last over time and keep my clients coming back to me for all their real estate needs.

 I truly enjoy all aspects of real estate.  I have extensive experience with buyers and sellers of residential real estate as well as some commericial experience.  I enjoy investment and love bringing my clients a good deal!!  I have been in the greater S.W. Porltand area most of my adult life and am familiar with most all neighborhoods, and what each area offers in the form of culture, art, entertainment, etc. so can provide a lot of invaluable information especially for people new to the area or moving from one area of town to another.  For relocation buyers I love to have a "city circle" day where we start at one end and work our way around the city.  It is helpful to get a feel of our beautiful river city and identify areas that are conducive to the lifestyle of the client.  It is very informative and I have had great success making my clients feel like they get a good tour of the city.
