About Us:
Catherine Schooling started Virtual Sales Assistance in 2003. After a few years of learning and perfecting the specialty, Marnie Schooling joined in 2007 and now Virtual Sales Assistance is a team effort. We both work together yet we have our own specialty and expertise.
Catherine became a Virtual Assistant after years of doing things she liked but not loved. As a Virtual Assistant, she is able to combine all of her career passions into one business. She love's what she does and is committed to providing the best service possible. She has continued her education as she find classes that will satisfy the client's business needs. Certified with eProspecting, Imprev and she has attended company training by Top Producer. In 2006, she received a Web Design Certification from California State University San Marcos. Early in her career, she was very fortunate to work with a large company that's primary goal was Customer Satisfaction. She learned so much about Customer Service and going the extra mile. Today, she has incorporated these valuable lessons into her daily work ethic.
I, Marnie, decided to work with Catherine after hearing her talk about how much she enjoys her career. As Catherine's sister-in-law I have heard her talk about being a VA since she first started out. Every so often she would ask me to help her because she knew I was not happy in my career. Eventually, I said yes and now I am as happy and excited as she is.
I received my Bachelors' of Science degree from San Diego State University. I put myself through school while working as a checker at a grocery store and being in the Army Reserves. I am certified as REPA and I am continuing my education as VSA. While working in the quality Assurance Department for a company I learned the value of customer service.
