About Me.
I was born, educated and lived in England for, lets say a few years before coming to the beautiful Island of Kauai, in 2003. My husband and I love it here and are very happy to call it home. So to, are our family who enjoy visiting us regularly! the tropical climate, stunning coastlines, vista's and friendly people make this island a one of a kind place to live. My athleticism, as a younger women led me to be one of the first female physical trainers in the Royal Navy, I was actually paid to play and teach the sports I love and travel the world! This was followed by a business career of twenty years in consulting and human resource management. My work as a Realtor reflects my passion for homes, architectural design and people; the reward of helping others is immeasurable. My experience reflects my ability to manage each transaction seamlessly. I work with exceptional clientele who deserve integrity, confidentiality, I am dedicated to their success. When I am not working in addition to spending time at the beach I enjoy pottering in my garden, my latest adventure growing chocolate!

We met Vanessa about six weeks ago while on vacation on Kauai. We asked Vanessa to be our real-estate agent and represent us since we were making the purchase from another state.
During our stay at Kauai we felt in love with this island and decided to purchase a property. Vanessa energetically took on the task of finding us a suitable property and meeting a list of requirement and amenities that we provided her with.
As our agent she did everything right. She gathered all the information in order for us to make the right selection. She e-mailed us pictures, maps, buyer/seller terms info, association contracts/terms, etc. We talked to her almost every day and exchanged numerous e-mails on a daily bases. With us being in Las Vegas, Nevada we fully rely on Vanessa's knowledge and experience. We knew we can trust her and that she would make the right recommendations for us to consider. Vanessa presented us with a good selection of properties to review, we made a final decision and purchased 10,000 sq.ft. property bordering the coffee plantation with the ocean and mountains view and with all the amenities we were looking for. We can hardly wait to see "our new place".
Vanessa's superb knowledge of real estate on this island made the whole process very enjoyable for us. We were able to make the selection and complete the final transaction in about four weeks.
