We provide high end vacation rental management and concierge services on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii.

About Us:

We have been managing luxury vacation rentals on the Big Island of Hawaii for over six years.  We manage a wide range of vacation rentals along the Kohala coast.  We strive to offer our guests a personalized stay along with a nice, clean vacation home to stay in.  We have also expanded our company and now have a concierge to further help our guests with their stay on the Big Island of Hawaii.

Areas of Expertise

Seven years ago we started managing Waikoloa Rentals on the Big Island of Hawaii.  We started off with just one at the Vista Waikoloa.  We then progressed to manage properties in the Mauna Lani Resort.  After about five years of success we started to acquire properties in the premier oceanfront rental locations: Kolea, Halii Kai, and Mauna Lani Terrace.  We really look to work with each owner to help them with their needs the best we can. 
This year we expanded our level of service in adding a concierge service.  This allows us to offer activities, rental cars, helicopter tours, whales watches and more to our guests.
We will soon be adding services to the Hualalai Resort.
