Our team consist of knowlegeable lenders, title resources, insurance specialist, top notch inspectors and appraisers to ensure our clients have a team working diligently for them through out their entire transaction. We negotiate winning sales transactions for each and every client! I'm a member of the Metro-Tex Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS® and the Texas Association of REALTORS®.  Being a member of all these associations allows me to wear the title "REALTOR®" which sets me apart from the average licensed real estate agent who does not abide by a set of Ethics as I do. We love giving back to our communities and society, as a result of that, we donate a portion of our commission to one of several charities we support after each closing. Upon retiring from the field of Criminal Justice, I decided to enter the real estate business purchasing rehab/rental property. Once qualified for a loan with a mortgage company, I requested assistance in locating possible investment properties. The mortgage company referred me to Kim Walker, who made contact one day later. Subsequently. we met on May 25th and discussed what kind of property I desired. I was immediately impressed with Ms. Walker's promptness and overall professional demeanor.
